人権委員会設置法を阻止すべし
人権を保護するという、一見良い法律のように聞こえる
危険な「売国法案」については、何度もブログで取り上げ
てまいりましたが、尖閣や竹島の問題の陰に隠れて、
この危険な法案を通そうとする動きが出ています。
公明党東順治議員がこの売国法案を閣議決定する意思
があるのかと、野田総理に尋ねました。
「ご指摘の人権委員会設置法につきましては、これまで
法務省において法案の作成作業を鋭意進めてきたわけで
ございます。 今のご指摘も受け止めさせていただきまして、
法案の閣議決定として、本通常国会の提出に向け引続き
必要な作業をしっかりと進めてまいりたいと思います。」
野田総理の答弁からは法案成立への意欲が感じられます。
この法律が出来、さらに「人権侵害救済法」がそれに基づき
成立すると、ブログやツィッターなどの書込みを「人権侵害」
だとして訴えられた人が人権委員会なるものに監視され、
あるいは逮捕連行されるという恐ろしい「言論弾圧」を目的
とした法律が出来てしまいます。
平たく言えば、私のようにシナ人や朝鮮人の危険性を訴え
ている人を黙らせようという法律なんですよ。
自分では人権侵害にはあたらないだろうと考え発した言葉も、
委員会が「人権侵害」だと決めれば「人権侵害」となるのです。
決めるのは私ではなく、決めるのは人権委員会。 でっちあげ
だろうと委員会の決定が全てですから、無実でも連行される。
この法案の本当の目的が、国民の人権を守ろうとするもの
ではないことは明らかです。（近年に例を見ない悪法でしょう）
